FAVORITE KUNG PAO CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup (or to Taste) East-West Sizzling Stir Fry Sauce
1 ½ Lb Chicken (Boneless, Cut to ¾ “ Pieces)
½ Cup Onion (Diced)
½ Cup Celery (Diced)
½ Cup Zucchini (Diced)
½ Cup Green Pepper (Diced)
½ Cup Red Pepper (Diced)
½ Cup Roasted Peanuts
½ Tsp Crushed Red Chili Peppers
2 Tbsp Oil

DIRECTIONS
1. Heat Oil, Add Meat and Cook till Half Done

2. Add Remaining Ingredients and Stir to Desired “crunchiness”. About 2-3 Minutes

3. Coat with Sizzling Stir Fry Sauce and Stir an Additional 1-2 Minutes
