JADE KABOBS BUFFET –CROWD FAVORITE

INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup East-West Sweet Ginger Teriyaki Sauce per Lb of Meat for Marinating, Reserve Additional Sauce for Basting

PREPARE IN ADVANCE AND PLACE IN SEPARATE BOWLS
Bell Pepper (Cut to 1’ Pieces)
Onion (Cut to 1” Pieces)
Can Pineapple Chunks (Drain Liquid)
Cherry Tomatoes
Bamboo Skewers (Soaked in Water to Prevent Burning)
Beef & Chicken (Cubed) – Marinated  for 2 Hours
Shrimp – Marinate for 2 Hours.

DIRECTIONS
1. Set Everything out Buffet Style and Guests Skewer Own Kabobs

2. Grill Directly over Heat for about 10-15 Mins Turning Every 2-3 Minutes until Meat is Cooked Thoroughly

3. Baste with Additional Sauce as Desired
