ORANGE FLANK STEAK

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 Cup (or to Taste) East-West Zesty Orange Sauce
1 Whole Flank Steak
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Corn Flake Crumbs
1 Egg
2 Tbsp Water
Napa Cabbage ( Shreds – Optional)
Sesame Seeds (Optional)

DIRECTIONS
1. Trim Fat on Flank, Slice on Diagonal Against Grain 1” X 3” Pieces

2. In Bowl, Mix Egg and Water

3. Mix Together, Corn Flake Crumbs and Flour in Plastic Bag

4. Place a Few Flank Pieces at a Time into Flour Mixture and Shake to Coat Each Piece Well

5. Fry Pieces of Coated Flank until Browned on Each Side

6. Place on Serving Plate and Drizzle Zesty Orange Sauce over Each Piece

7. Garnish with Cabbage and Sesame Seeds
