PAN ROASTED SPICY GINGER SCALLOPS

INGREDIENTS
1½ Cup East-West Spicy Ginger Dipping Sauce
2 Lb Scallops (about 20)
¼ Tsp Black Pepper
Parsley (Optional)
2 Tsp Oil

DIRECTIONS
1. Heat Oil in Nonstick Pan and Add Scallops. Sear Scallops for 1 Minute on Each Side

2. Sprinkle with Black Pepper

3. Add ¾ Cup Spicy Ginger Dipping Sauce to Pan and Simmer for 2-3 Additional Minutes on Each Side

4. Transfer Scallops to Serving Plate and Drizzle Additional Warmed Sauce Prior to Serving. Garnish with Parsley
