SPICY TERIYAKI FLANK STEAK FAJITAS

DIRECTIONS
1 ½ Cup East-West Spicy Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
1 ½ – 2 Lb Flank Steak
1 Onion (Cut into Strips)
1 Green Pepper (Cut into Strips)
1 Red Pepper (Cut into Strips)
1 Yellow Pepper (Cut into Strips)
12 Flour Tortillas
Oil
Sour Cream, Salsa, Guacamole

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Marinate Meat in Plastic Bag with ½ Cup Sauce for at Least 1 Hour

2. Lightly Saute’ Green Peppers and Onion in Oil and Set Aside

3. On Hot Grill, Cook Flank for 5 Minutes per Side or until Done to Taste

4. Slice Meat Thinly Across Grain and Serve with Warmed Tortillas, Onion, Peppers and East-west Spicy Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
