1 Cup East-West Classic Sweet & Sour Sauce
2 Lb Chicken Breast Meat
1 Egg
1 ½ Cup Corn Flake Crumbs
1 1/2 Cup Flour
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Can (20 Oz) Pineapple Chunks
1 Red Pepper (Optional)
1 Green Pepper (Optional)
Oil for Frying (about ¼ Inch Deep)

1. Cut Chicken into 1 ½ X 1 ½ Pieces. Place Cut Pieces into a Bowl and Mixed Well with Egg.

2. Mix in Salt and Pepper

3. Combine Corn Flake Crumbs and Flour

4. Roll Each Cut Chicken Piece in Corn Flake/Flour Mixture and Cover Well

5. Heat Oil and Fry Each Chicken Nugget until Golden Brown or Chicken is Done (Can Be Made Ahead and Warmed Before Serving)

6. Cover Chicken Pieces with East-west Classic Sweet & Sour Sauce Just Prior to Serving and Garnish with Pineapple Chunks, Green Pepper, Red Pepper
