JAPANESE STRIP STEAK

INGREDIENTS
1 ½ Cup East-West Sweet Ginger Dipping Sauce
1 ½ Lb Strip Steak
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS
1. Place Steak in Plastic Bag and Marinate 2 Hours with ¾ Cup Sweet Ginger Dipping Sauce
2. Rub Oil, Salt, Black Pepper Over All Meat
3. Grill Steaks to Desired Doneness (5 Min per Side for Med)
4. Cut Crosswise and Serve with Additional Sauce
