PAD THAI NOODLE SALAD WITH CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS
1½ Cup East-West Asian Peanut Sauce
8 Oz Soba or Linguine Noodles (Cook per Directions)
1½ Cup Chicken (Cut into Strips or Shredded)
1 Red Bell Pepper (Cut into Strips)
2 Stalks Green Onion (Slivered)
2 Tbsp Cilantro (Fine Chopped)
½ Cup Celery (Diced)
DIRECTIONS
1. Toss Together All Ingredients in a Bowl
2. Serve Additional Sauce on Side (Can Be Warmed)
