PEANUT CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS
1 ½ Cup East-West Asian Peanut Sauce
3 Cup Chicken (Cooked, Cut to 1″ Cube)
1 Cup Celery (Diced) or Bok Choy
¼ Cup Carrots (Slivers)
½ Cup Baby Corn
1 Cup Peanuts
DIRECTIONS
1. Warm Sauce in Pan
2. Add Chicken and Stir Until Heated Through
3. Add Celery, Carrots, Baby Corn, Peanuts
4. Serve over Rice or Noodles
