1 ½ Cup East-West Sesame Chicken Sauce
1 Lb Chicken Breast (Cut into Strips)
1 Cup Flour
½ Cup Cornstarch
1 Tsp Baking Powder
2/3 Cup Cold Water
2 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds

1. For Batter, Mix Everything Except Chicken, Sauce and Sesame Seeds

2. Add Chicken Pieces into Batter and Coat Evenly

3. Heat 2-3 Inches of Oil for Frying

4. Drop Battered Chicken Pieces One at a Time in Hot Oil and Stir to Keep from Clumping Together —Fry 3-4 Minutes or Until Batter Is Golden Brown and Chicken is Done

5. Take Cooked Chicken out and Toss with ½ of Sesame Chicken Sauce —Keep Remaining Sauce to Be Used at Table

6. Garnish with Sesame Seeds
