1 Cup East-West Sesame Chicken Sauce
14 Oz Extra Firm Tofu
¼ Cup Cornstarch
½ Cup Sesame Seeds
1 Green Onion (Cut into 1/2” Pieces)
Oil for Frying

1. Wrap Tofu with Paper Towel and Place Heavy Plate on Top to Press out Liquid.

2. Pat Tofu Dry, Cut into Cubes and Dust with Corn Starch

3. Heat 1’’ Oil to 350 Degree and Fry Tofu Until Golden Brown

4. Toss Tofu with 2/3 Cup Sesame Chicken Sauce and Serve Remainder for Dipping

5. Garnish with Sesame Seeds & Green Onion and Serve with Rice and Broccoli
