1 Cup East-West Classic Sweet & Sour Sauce
½ Lb Pork Tenderloin (Cut into 1” Pieces)
1 Green Pepper (Cut into Pieces)
1 Can Pineapple Chunks (Drained of Liquids)
1 Cup Flour
1 Egg Mixed with 2 Tbsp Water
Oil for Frying

1. Mix Pork Pieces Together with Egg & Water.

2. Roll and Coat Meat Pieces in Flour

3. Fry Coated Meat in Oil until Golden Brown or Until Done

4. Place Cooked Pork in Serving Dish, Coat Well with Classic Sweet & Sour Sauce, and Garnish with Green Pepper and Pineapple Chunks.
