1 ½ Cup East-West Sweet Ginger Dipping Sauce
1 Cup Rice Flour
Oil for Frying

2 Egg Yolks
2 Cups Water (Iced Cold)
2 Cup Rice Flour
1/8 Tsp Salt

VEGETABLES (Cut into Larger, Uniform Pieces)
1 Head Broccoli
3 Carrots
1 Head Cauliflower
¼ Lb Green Beans
½ Lb Asparagus
1 Sweet Potato (Skin Off)

1. Heat 2-3 Inches of Oil to 360 Degree

2. Combine All Batter Ingredients Together and Mix ( Will Be a Little Lumpy)

3. Dredge Vegetables in 1 Cup of Rice Flour and Then Dip in Batter

4. Fry for 3-4 Minutes or Until Crispy

5. Serve with Sweet Ginger Dipping Sauce
